Important changes @ PTSV:
From 1 July 2008, PTSV email address domain names will change from 'doi' to 'ptsv' (for example: firstname.lastname@ptsv.vic.gov.au).
For a limited time, all emails sent to old addresses will be automatically re-directed. This short transition time has been scheduled to allow stakeholders to update address books. |

News - Comment invited on guidance for safety performance reports and contractor obligations
10 JULY | The Rail Safety Regulators' Panel (RSRP) has developed two guidance documents for accredited rail operators to support the national model Rail Safety Bill:
- Guidance on Safety Performance Reports, and
- Guidance on Contractor Obligations
PTSV is collecting comments in Victoria for referral to the RSRP.

News - Transition of bus operator accreditation - Limousines
8 JULY | There has been a recent change to the definition of a road transport passenger service. A limousine type vehicle, which has a seating capacity of 13 seats or more (incl. the driver), no longer falls within the definition of a bus for the purposes of bus operator accreditation.
