Although Public Transport Safety Victoria (PTSV) represents the Director, Public Transport Safety who acts independently of the Department of Transport (DOT), PTSV complies with certain policies and procedures of DOT in some circumstances.
PTSV currently comply with DOT’s Privacy Statement subject to the following:
- all references to “Department of Transport”, "Department of Infrastructure", "DOT" or “DOI” should be read as references to “PTSV”
- the reference to the Department's “newsletter mailing list” should be read as a reference to the “PTSV email news alert mailing list”
- the email address of the PTSV's Web Manager is information@ptsv.vic.gov.au, and
- the telephone number of PTSV's Privacy Officer is (03) 9655 6894.
