The Rail Safety Regulators' Panel (RSRP) has developed the following two guidance documents to support the national model Rail Safety Bill. Comments on these documents are being sought by the safety regulator in each state and territory on behalf of the RSRP. All comments will be collated and referred to the RSRP. Comments should be addressed to the Executive Services Officer at the address supplied at the bottom of this page, or via email.
